Consiglio's Kitchenware was born from a love of Italian cuisine and high quality products. Forty two years later, the family run business operates internationally and has become synonymous with high quality service as well as competitive pricing. Starting out as a small brick and mortar business, this kitchenware retailer now boasts a global online presence and very strong online sales.
We first met Consiglios Kitchenware in 2008. Their existing website was not functioning properly and lacked the functionality they needed for growth. They were eager to take their business to the next level, but lacked the eCommerce support. Their existing eCommerce agency wasn't being proactive about moving forward with their online business so they approached us for new insights and by the end of the week they switched to Odegi.
Odegi's approach was evolutionary, not revolutionary. Our priority was to address the errors on the existing site. We then worked with Consiglio's to establish their functional requirements, amongst which was to implement a solution to streamline eCommerce fulfillment shipping. They lacked a mobile presence, which was limiting their reach. They needed an updated look and increased functionality to facilitate international brand growth. In order to improve site performance in international markets, they also required more control over content and pricing.

Once their previous website had been stabilized, our first goal was to completely migrate it onto a new enterprise ASP.net eCommerce Solution with a modernized design and user experience. Consiglio's existing analytics data and user preferences were reviewed to create a user experience that would simplify their customers shopping experience & boost conversions.

Commerce fulfillment and processing was a major headache for the Consiglio's Kitchenware team as the mostly manual process was very time consuming. Order fulfillment times were reduced from from many hours a day to a few hours a week.
